The location was great, with a restaurant nearby and the town center just a short walk away.

Had a wonderful time here, it was the highlight of our trip! The location was perfect, close to the town center, the lake, and the majestic mountains. Surrounded by beautiful nature, it was a cozy and simple spot to relax in 😉.

Simple location in the wonderful area, just next door to Bellagio and restaurants and shopping. Luxury & comfy unit with a fantastic view, balcony plus comfortable bed.

Spacious and well-equipped double room with a big balcony 🌿. They even offered a wake-up service, which was handy. The staff here were super friendly and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable.

Picture perfect place to stay. Staff was always friendly and responsive to any need. The shuttle service was brilliant. The english International Herald Tribune was a true bonus. Room with view. Good breakfast. We couldn't have asked for more (except maybe a good brew home made coffee - not from a machine).

Homemade brewed coffee would have been preferable over the machine based coffees. It just doesn't compare. And when you're in Italy, good coffee shouldn't be hard to find!

Great location! The terrace is just a stone's throw away from this hotel. It was only a 15-minute walk to reach the downtown area on foot. 🌟

The magnificent panorama of the whole Como Lakes region greets you on arrival. Overlooking Belaggio township and Villa Serbolloni is a bonus. A short drive takes you the easy way into the top streets of Belaggio and the fantastic shopping. That evening we chose to stay in the hotels garden for a simple pasta meal and enjoy the sunset. Oh what a life!

The instant coffee machines for breakfast.

Initially we were disappointed with the family room allocated for our stay. The Hotel was good enough to move us in to two adjoining double rooms - much better. Views over Bellagio are fantastic. Would recommend having a car as the Hotel is quite a distance from town.

Breakfast was basic.

The breakfast includes fresh fruits and freshly squeezed orange juice. The hotel's location is lovely, right next to Bellagio town center and close to San Giovanni.

All the Staff were very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was great, very relaxing and comfortable. The lake view from the hotel room was to die for!!

The homely atmosphere and welcoming staff

The hotel is stylish and popular, with huge rooms. Everyone was excellent at cooperating and competent. I liked the Wi-Fi, coffee, and kettle in the room. The property is located in a magnificent and incredible location close to the town center.

The view was spectacular and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. It was extremely peaceful while still being so close to Bellagio. Wished we had planned to stay longer here.
